Witness Appeal

Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident on a main road in Trowbridge.

We were called to a report of an assault which occurred on Monday 5th October 2015 at about 3.20pm at the junction with Frome Road and Manor Road.

Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident on a main road in Trowbridge.

We were called to a report of an assault which occurred on Monday 5th October 2015 at about 3.20pm at the junction with Frome Road and Manor Road.

It's reported that an altercation took place between a man in a blue BMW and  a group of women, who were walking their dog.  

During this altercation one of the females sustained injuries to her face, requiring hospital treatment.
 
PC Gemma Bloomfield from Wiltshire Police said:  "We are keen to speak with anyone who may have witnessed what happened, this was a busy time of day on Frome Road and it is thought that other road users were held up because of this incident.
