Building Works at 28b Southwick Road

An anonymous letter received by Councillor Mike Holland mid-July was read out to the Councillors.  It summarised concerns about the materials on the grass verges, vehicle turning etc. and asked for Councillors to be concerned.

Prior to this letter the Parish Council had already asked for the Wiltshire Council planning dept. to check if there was any breach of planning permission.  WC has responded to say that the Enforcement Officer had visited, all plans have been checked and there is no breach.  The Building Inspectorate have also visited the site and agreed that is conforms according to the planning permission.

Parish Councillors will continue to monitor progress with this development.
